Creamy mushroom and chicken dinner.
- 6 chicken breasts, thighs or legs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 (4 ounce) cans button mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken pieces. Remove and arrange in a casserole dish.
- Combine the mushrooms and soup and pour over the chicken.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
