A blend of rum, port and lemon juice gives this Fizz cocktail a rich and spicy taste with a burst of bright citrus flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce dark rum
- 1/2 ounce Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce Ruby Port
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- Seltzer water
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the seltzer, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 60 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top the drink with the seltzer and then serve immediately.
