A blend of rum, port and lemon juice gives this Fizz cocktail a rich and spicy taste with a burst of bright citrus flavor.


  • 1/2 ounce dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce Jamaican rum
  • 1 ounce Ruby Port
  • 1/2 ounce egg white
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • Seltzer water


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the seltzer, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 60 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Top the drink with the seltzer and then serve immediately.
