The Windy City has its own luxurious cocktail made from a combination of bitters, curaçao, brandy and champagne. Serve in a sugar rimmed glass.
- Sugar to rim glass
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash curaçao
- 1 ounce brandy
- Rim a champagne flute with sugar and set aside.
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the champagne, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass.
- Top the drink with champagne and then serve immediately.
