Chicago BBQ Ribs will please your family no matter where you're from.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 can mushrooms, if desired
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake uncovered in a casserole dish at 350 degrees F for 90 minutes.
