Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 eggs
- 1 (9 inch) piecrust
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the butter, sugar and cornstarch to a bowl. Beat until creamy. Beat the eggs in, one at a time.
- Pour into the piecrust and cover the edges with foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake for 45 minutes.
