Simple cherry and chicken bake.
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 2 cups cooking sherry
- 1 (16 ounce) can tart pitted cherries, drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Directions
- Combine the sherry, cherries and sugar. Pour over the chicken pieces. Cover and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-1 1/2 hours.
