Cherry-Pistachio Salad will be a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 small package pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1, 15 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pudding over Cool Whip in bowl, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill for at least 2 hours.
