Cherry Coffeecake is tender and moist.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time. Add flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Place batter on a greased jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling over dough.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
