Cherry Coffeecake is tender and moist.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time. Add flour and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Place batter on a greased jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling over dough.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
