Sweet and fruity cherry and apricot blended daiquiri.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup canned apricot halves, drained and semifrozen
- 3 ounces gold rum
- 1 ounce apricot liqueur
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 1/2 cup semifrozen pitted cherries
- 1 ounce cherry liqueur
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
