A Holiday classic! Cherry Ambrosia, light, fluffy fruit salad.
- 10 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 3 (8 1/2 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
- Combine the oranges and pineapple and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- When ready to serve, mix in cherries. Scoop into serving dishes and sprinkle with coconut.
