Cheesy, slow cooked, potatoes.
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Spread the potatoes in the slow cooker and sprinkle with the cheese. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour over the potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
