Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, drained
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Mix everything together. Scoop into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
