Cheesy crockpot spinach.
Ingredients
- 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions
- Combine everything in a large bowl and pour into a crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce to low and cook for 4 hours.
