Cheesy Potatoes are a great side dish served for brunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups milk
- 6 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except hash browns in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until cheeses are melted. Place potatoes in a greased 9 by 13 baking pan. Pour sauce over potatoes. Let stand 45 minutes. Then bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
