- 18 slices of cocktail rye bread
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 5 slices baby swiss cheese cut into pieces
- Toast the cocktail rye bread on both sides.
- Combine mayonaise and green pepper. Spread on toast.
