Serve Hash Brown Potato Casserole at you next brunch. Don't forget the ketchup!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour in 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
