Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish fillets
- 1/2 cup French dressing
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cheese crackers
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet.
- Slice the fish into serving size portions. Dip in the dressing and roll in the crackers.
- Arrange on the prepared sheet and drizzle the margarine over. Bake for 12 minutes.
