Cheese cracker coated fish fillet dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cheese crackers
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Slice the fish into serving size portions. Dip in the dressing and roll in the crackers.
  3. Arrange on the prepared sheet and drizzle the margarine over. Bake for 12 minutes.
