Cheesy Beef Mexican Dip

Creamy, cheesy beef mexican corn chip dip.


  • 1 pound ground beef, seasoned browned and drained
  • 1/2 pound Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped


  1. Mix all the ingredients in with the beef. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Mix, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
