Creamy, cheesy beef mexican corn chip dip.
- 1 pound ground beef, seasoned browned and drained
- 1/2 pound Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- Mix all the ingredients in with the beef. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Mix, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
