Cheesy Artichoke Dip is served warm with melba toast rounds or pita chips.


  • 2 cans artichokes, chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • melba toast rounds or pita chips


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in skillet. Season; mix well. Heat until cheese melts. Serve warm with toast rounds/pita chips.
