Cheesy Artichoke Dip is served warm with melba toast rounds or pita chips.
- 2 cans artichokes, chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

- Combine first 5 ingredients in skillet. Season; mix well. Heat until cheese melts. Serve warm with toast rounds/pita chips.
