Cheesy Artichoke Casserole is a great side dish. It can be doubled and makes a fabulous hot appetizer.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1, 14 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut into pieces
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 6 soda crackers, crushed
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Saute garlic and onions in butter for five minutes. Mix this with the artichoke hearts. Add the eggs, cracker crumbs, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix and pour into a lightly greased 8 inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
