Spinach, vegetable and torteillini soup.
- 4 cups water
- 1 (1.4 ounce) package vegetale soup and recipe mix
- 1 (9 ounce) package cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- Parmesan cheese
- Combine the soup and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and mix in the spinach and tortellini. Simmer until the tortellini is tender.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan when ready to serve.
