Make this simple and easy recipe for cheese tacos for a dinner that's ready in a snap!


  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Jack cheese, shredded
  • Your favorite salsa
  • Canola oil


  1. Put shredded cheese on one half of the tortillas, slowly lay one side down in hot oil, gently folding over other half.
  2. Brown lightly about 20 seconds or so. Use tongs to flip over and brown other side. (If it splatters, turn the heat down a little.)
