Cheese Roll is easy to make and great on crackers or crunchy French bread slices.


  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • chili powder


  1. Mix first three ingredients together. Shape into a log by rolling between waxed paper. Roll log in chili powder until coated. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill overnight.
