Cheese Quiche Tarts are great for the brunch crowd.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 pound margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and margarine in a bowl; blend well. Add flour; mix well. Chill. Line small muffin pans with a small amount of mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
- Combine milk, mayonnaise, eggs and cornstarch in bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in cheese, green pepper and onions. Spoon into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.
