A dash of steak sauce jazzes up Cheese Pecan Ball, a classic favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 drops of Tabasco sauce
- chopped parsley
- paprika
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; blend thoroughly. Form into a ball; wrap in waxed paper. Chill until firm. Place on a serving dish.
- Sprinkle parsley in 1-inch strip down the center of the ball. Sprinkle both sides with paprika. Chill. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
