Cheese Olive Spread makes a great appetizer but it can also be eaten hot spread on pumpernickel bread.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup ripe black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- assorted crackers, pumpernickel bread
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Let chill for 1 hour. Serve cold on crackers or spread on pumpernickel bread slices and place under broiler 5 minutes or until bubbly.
