Cheese Olive Filling for Rolls makes a savory, fancy sandwich.


  • 1 pound cheese, grated
  • 2 small cans chopped olives
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green chili peppers
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • baked rolls


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Fill baked rolls. Line pan with foil. Place cheese filled rolls on foil; bring foil over to cover rolls.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve piping hot. May be made the day before; refrigerate or freeze.
