Easy cheese crisp chip recipe. A quick microwave recipe.
- 1 teaspon Chili powder, Mexican seasoning, sesame seeds or a combination
- 3 ounces Monteray Jack or Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (1/2 cup)
- Spread the seasoning on a piece of wax paper. Turn the cheese cubes around on the paper, being sure to get all sides coated.
- Arrange 3 squares on a piece of parchment paper in the microwave. Cook on full power, turning several times, until the cheese has melted and is bubbly (about 1-2 minutes). Allow to cool and firm before removing from paper. Repeat.
