This cheese ball recipe is an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer for your next get together.
- 2, 8-ounce packages Neufchatel cheese
- 8 1/2-ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Beau Monde spice
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Mix all ingredients, except the nuts. Divide into two balls, then roll in the nuts and serve.
- Serve with assorted crackers. This cheese ball may be frozen for future use.
