This cheese ball recipe is an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer for your next get together.


  • 2, 8-ounce packages Neufchatel cheese
  • 8 1/2-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Beau Monde spice
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped


  1. Mix all ingredients, except the nuts. Divide into two balls, then roll in the nuts and serve.
  2. Serve with assorted crackers. This cheese ball may be frozen for future use.
