Cheddar Turkey Casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons instant onion
- 1/2 package frozen peas, thawed
- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- additional 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
