Easy cheddar cheese and jalapeno appetizer pie.
Ingredients
- 1 (11 ounce) can jalapeno peppers
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Seed and chop the jalapenos. Arrange in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Add the cheese. Season the eggs with the salt and pepper and then pour over the cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
