Cheddar Jalapeno Pie

Easy cheddar cheese and jalapeno appetizer pie.


  • 1 (11 ounce) can jalapeno peppers
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Seed and chop the jalapenos. Arrange in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Add the cheese. Season the eggs with the salt and pepper and then pour over the cheese.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
