Cheddar Cheese Spread will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dillweed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat until creamy. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Good with cocktail rye bread.
