A ‘Swizzle’ cocktail is made by placing the ingredients into a glass filled with cracked ice, inserting a long multi-pronged stirrer, and rubbing the stirrer between both palms to blend the mixture.
- 1-1/4 ounces green Chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce falernum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- sprig of mint and freshly grated nutmeg to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients into a tall cocktail glass filled with cracked ice. Insert a stirrer and ‘swizzle’ the mixture to combine.
- Garnish the cocktail with a sprig of mint and a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
