This rich holiday-inspired cocktail has a subtle taste of mint from the Fernet Branca and green Chartreuse, as well as light undertones of vanilla sweetness from the vanilla infused rock candy syrup.


  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce green chartreuse
  • 1/2 ounce vanilla infused rock candy syrup
  • 1/2 barspoon fernet branca
  • 1 whole egg


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake the mixture for 40 seconds and then open the shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for an additional 40 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
