This rich holiday-inspired cocktail has a subtle taste of mint from the Fernet Branca and green Chartreuse, as well as light undertones of vanilla sweetness from the vanilla infused rock candy syrup.
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce green chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce vanilla infused rock candy syrup
- 1/2 barspoon fernet branca
- 1 whole egg
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake the mixture for 40 seconds and then open the shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for an additional 40 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
