Named after the famous avenue in Paris, this Cognac, Chartreuse and fresh lemon juice cocktail is not only delicious but très chic.


  • 1-1/2 ounces Cognac
  • 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters


  1. Place a martini glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 35 seconds to combine.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
