A simple and classic bubbly champagne cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 1/2 ounce brandy
  • Champagne

Directions

  1. Place the sugar cube int he bottom of a wine glass. Add the bitters, allowing them to dissolve soak into the sugar. Pour the brandy in and top with the champagne.
