Curaçao is a slightly bitter, orange-flavored liqueur made from the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit. Try it mixed with champagne and bitters in this delicious champagne cocktail.


  • 3 dashes curaçao
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Champagne
  • Lemon peel to garnish


  1. Place the curaçao and Angostura bitters into a tall glass, fill with ice and then stir to combine.
  2. Top the drink with the champagne and then garnish with the lemon peel. Serve immediately.
