This native San Francisco cocktail is made with spiced rum, vanilla chai concentrate and heavy cream. Enjoy.
- 4 ounces vanilla chai concentrate
- 1 ounce heavy cream, chilled
- 1-1/2 ounces spiced rum
- Ground nutmeg to garnish
- Place the rum and vanilla chai into a cocktail shaker and then slowly add the chilled heavy cream, stirring to blend.
- Transfer the mixture to a wine glass and serve immediately garnished with some freshly grated nutmeg.
