This native San Francisco cocktail is made with spiced rum, vanilla chai concentrate and heavy cream. Enjoy.


  • 4 ounces vanilla chai concentrate
  • 1 ounce heavy cream, chilled
  • 1-1/2 ounces spiced rum
  • Ground nutmeg to garnish


  1. Place the rum and vanilla chai into a cocktail shaker and then slowly add the chilled heavy cream, stirring to blend.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a wine glass and serve immediately garnished with some freshly grated nutmeg.
