This pomegranate juice, gin and champagne combination makes a stunning cocktail. Serve in a pre-chilled champagne flute.


  • 1 ounce gin
  • 3 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 2 ounces champagne


  1. Place a champagne glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Put the gin and pomegranate juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass; serve immediately.
