Cereal Yogurt Bars are great for breakfast or a quick snack.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups grape-nuts cereal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1, 8 ounce container fruit-flavored yogurt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
Directions
- Combine cereal, 3/4 cup flour, the sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Pat half the mixture into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
- Combine yogurt, egg and 2 tablespoons flour; spread over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into bars or squares and remove from pan.
