This rye-based cocktail is given an appealing vegetal flavor with the addition of celery bitters. Serve in a cordial glass as a refreshing after-dinner digestif.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Rye
- 1/2 ounce Luli Chinato
- 1/2 ounce Cynar
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 1 dash Celery Bitters
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cordial glass; serve immediately.
