Slow cooked celery and pork chops.
- 6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, pour over the chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
