Ingredients
- 3 medium oranges
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley
Directions
- Peel and segment oranges.
- Take the celery and cut into 1 1/2 inch julienne strips.
- Mix together the oranges, celery, shallots. Stir in the remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Chill for 1-6 hours before serving.
