Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1-1/2 cup salted cashew pieces
Directions
- Place the sugar, butter and corn syrup into a 2 quart saucepan and place over low heat.
- Stir the mixture occasionally until it reaches 290 degrees, then remove from the heat and add the cashews. Stir to coat.
- Transfer the cashew mixture to a large piece of wax paper and let cool before breaking into pieces.
