This carrot cocktail is healthy and delicious. Enjoy for breakfast as a nutritious and refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 4 small carrots, cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place the pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and carrots in a blender, and blend on high for 15 seconds.
  2. With the motor running, remove the blender filler-cap and add the ice cubes one at a time.
  3. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
