Famous carrot cake with cinnamon, walnuts and egg. It can be served hot or after refrigerating.
Ingredients
- 3 cup carrot, grated
- 2 tsp cinnamon. grounded
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Take a blender and add carrots, eggs, nuts, oil and sugar in it. Blend well.
- Take a large bowl and add flour, cinnamon , soda, nutmeg and salt in it. Mix well and sieve them together.
- Add the sieved mixture to the blended one.
- Pour the mixture in a microwave proof cooking pan.
- Set the microwave on high power and bake the mixture for about ten minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
