Famous carrot cake with cinnamon, walnuts and egg. It can be served hot or after refrigerating.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup carrot, grated
  • 2 tsp cinnamon. grounded
  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Take a blender and add carrots, eggs, nuts, oil and sugar in it. Blend well.
  2. Take a large bowl and add flour, cinnamon , soda, nutmeg and salt in it. Mix well and sieve them together.
  3. Add the sieved mixture to the blended one.
  4. Pour the mixture in a microwave proof cooking pan.
  5. Set the microwave on high power and bake the mixture for about ten minutes.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
