Serve this sweet and savory relish over pork or any other grilled meat, chicken, fish or seafood of your choice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 sea salt
- 3/4 cup canola oil
Directions
- Place the pineapple, golden raisins, green onions, pineapple juice, lime juice, cilantro, and sea salt into a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Cover the relish and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow that flavors to blend.
