Caribbean Pineapple and Raisin Relish

Serve this sweet and savory relish over pork or any other grilled meat, chicken, fish or seafood of your choice.


  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 3/4 cup canola oil


  1. Place the pineapple, golden raisins, green onions, pineapple juice, lime juice, cilantro, and sea salt into a bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Cover the relish and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow that flavors to blend.
