A delicious and sweet caramel treat, this popcorn recipe is quick and easy.


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 8 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups butter
  • 8 quarts fresh popcorn


  1. Heat everything but the popcorn together over medium heat in a saucepan. Using a candy thermometer, stir constantly until the thermometer reaches soft-ball stage. Cool until all bubbles have gone away.
  2. Pour over popcorn, stir to mix and allow to cool before breaking up. Store in an airtight container.
