A delicious and sweet caramel treat, this popcorn recipe is quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons corn syrup
- 8 tablespoons water
- 2 cups butter
- 8 quarts fresh popcorn
Directions
- Heat everything but the popcorn together over medium heat in a saucepan. Using a candy thermometer, stir constantly until the thermometer reaches soft-ball stage. Cool until all bubbles have gone away.
- Pour over popcorn, stir to mix and allow to cool before breaking up. Store in an airtight container.
