A blend of milk, brown sugar and vanilla extract gives this beverage its rich and sweet caramel flavor.  


  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place 3/4 cup of milk into a saucepan over low heat. Once it comes to a gentle simmer, add the brown sugar and vanilla extract to the pan and whisk vigorously until all of the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Add the remaining milk to the pan and whisk well to blend. Place the caramel milk in the refrigerator and chill well prior to serving.
