Cantaloupe Jell-O Mold is a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups 7-Up
  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange gelatin
  • 1-1/2 cups cantaloupe, cubed

Directions

  1. Bring 1 cup 7-Up to a boil and pour over orange gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Add the remaining 3/4 cup of 7-Up to the bowl and chill until partially set. Add the cantaloupe and chill for 3 hours.
